Students must first complete the RUIF Training Program, which is held in the fall and spring semesters each year. 

The program consists of 7 sessions covering accounting, finance, and valuation topics to equip students of all backgrounds with the knowledge necessary to succeed in the fund. Upon program completion, eligible students participate in a pitch interview process to join the fund. Accepted students are placed in an RUIF sector for the following semester.
